General

By booking a stay at Hotel Somraj, guests agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The hotel reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Reservations & Payment

All bookings must be guaranteed with 50% of Total Amount and Remaining Payment is required at check-in or as per the rate policy chosen at the time of booking. Cancellations and modifications are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid additional charges.

In the event of cancellation outside of the permitted timeframe, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.

Promotional or non-refundable rates do not allow cancellation or modification without penalty.

Reservation Modifications

The hotel reserves the right to modify the conditions of the reservation, rates, or availability without prior notice. In these cases, the guest will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative or refund, if applicable.

Protection of Personal Data

At Hotel Somraj, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. All data provided will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with local data protection laws.

We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except when necessary to process your reservation or in accordance with the law.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time is from 12 Noon and check-out time is by 11 A.M. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

 

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in. The hotel is a smoke-free property. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay will result in a penalty charge.

Hotel Policies

Outside Foods are not allowed. Lift, A.C. & Geyser will not run during power cuts. Pets are not allowed unless specified in a special booking. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to ensure the comfort of all guests. The hotel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Force Majeure

The hotel will not be liable for failure to provide its services due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, strikes, or other force majeure events.
